Commodato is a special partnership concept between a Hospital and a Supplier. It refers to a collaborative arrangement where the Supplier provides medical technology & equipment to the Hospital free of charge.

In return the Hospital undertakes to increase the purchase of the supplier’s consumables/pharmaceutical products at current market prices (no markup) to a defined extent.

In Essence: the hospital allocates a higher proportion of its current monthly consumable orders from other Suppliers to the Commodato Partner. In return the hospital gets access to cutting-edge technology from the Supplier.
